Farmers’ Market

CanneryFarmersMarket_Color

Join us every other Sunday October to April from 10am-3pm inside the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site.

The market continues the tradition of the Steveston winter market as a local attraction and a gathering place for hundreds of neighbours. It acts as an economic stimulant for local businesses, a source for regional tourism and an opportunity for farmers and artisans to showcase their products to a wide audience.

We adhere to the “Make it, Bake it, Grow it, Catch it” philosophy. Only approved products that are made, baked, grown, raised, caught or harvested by the approved vendor in B.C. can be sold at the market.

All food products for sale need to meet the regulations as specified by local health authorities.

We have heated our facility and will continue to work to make the most comfortable environment for vendors and visitors as is possible.

What’s on at the market on Sunday, November 2:
