This past weekend, the Cannery hosted a salmon barbecue at Britannia Heritage Shipyard’s Maritime Festival. For 7 hours on Saturday and Sunday, a fantastic crew of volunteers grilled salmon, chopped veggies, and served up numerous plates of salmon burgers.
